What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), ticket and order records, competitor details including emergency contacts, vehicle information, uploaded documents and gate scan records.
Voting
Show & Shine votes are linked to an anonymised reference (a one-way hash of a device cookie and network), never to your name, so we can stop duplicate votes.
Why
To run the event safely, issue and validate tickets, manage competitor entries and scrutineering, and — only if you opt in — send marketing.
Consent
Marketing and contact consent are separate, optional choices you can change at any time in My Pit.
Who sees it
Emergency contacts and documents are visible only to you and authorised officials. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
